Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love the item(s) you purchased from us as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund in the original form of payment. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
**All swimwear is not eligible for returns or exchanges**
Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with security tag (if applicable) and all other tags attached, preferably in the original plastic bag. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If an order is shipped with an incorrect, missing, or damaged products, you will be offered a refund or a replacement will be sent to you. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for returns.
To initiate a return please email email@example.com with your name, e-mail, and Order ID# along with details for returning the product. Example, missing product, too small, damaged, or incorrect item sent.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
