Physical Foundations
Fitness Programs for Children at Rethink Fitness

 

Developed by Melissa Walker, mother and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, our programs are designed to encourage safe and effective exercise practices that will prepare your child for a strong and healthy adulthood! Most importantly, all of this is achieved in a fun and supportive atmosphere that cultivates success.

 

Physical Foundations will help your child:

 

Understand the importance on exercise in promoting a healthy lifestyle.

 

Increase lean muscle mass and reduce excess fat.

 

Boost self-esteem.

 

Prevent pediatric obesity and disease associated with it.

 

Personal Training:
Personal Training is available to children age 6 and up. Each session lasts approximately one hour and will incorporate strength and cardiovascular based exercises as well as aspects of nutrition.
Whether you are looking to help your child maintain a health weight or improve his/her sports conditioning, our fitness coaches are ready to help your child succeed!
