thanks for the nice response, Diane. The biggest compliment I can receive is to hear how fitness has positively impacted the whole family. Diane, you look awesome and you're strong as hell, but the fact that you've made this part of your family's lifestyle makes me very happy!

Great blog Melissa! It's so true that when we have our kids we put ourselves last as a priority and that's a shame. We as Moms teach our kids by example and if we can fit some time into our schedules for our own fitness, we will give our kids a head start in keeping fitness a priority in their own lives. I've been working out regularly for a year now and my kids, who are older than yours by a long shot, are doing positive things such as buying and eating healthier foods, as well as finding many different ways on their own to get exercise and stay healthy. This makes them feel good about themselves and it does become a lifestyle. I like to think some of the reason for these changes they've made are because of me, and to take it one step further, I think without Rethink Fitness coming into my life these positive changes wouldn't have happened at all. So a big thanks to you and to Joe!

Funny post. There are some people out there that may be too chubby to fireman's carry though! The RKC is a great experience. Something a lot of people shouldn't miss.
